There are 5 coaching phases our clients most commonly go through to find answers for their situation. We’ll take you through them in an organic and natural way that may not exactly follow a linear order. Although we use these phases as general guidelines, we don’t use fixed systems or formulaic predetermined steps. You are unique, and so is your coaching process.

Through questioning, observing and exercises you’ll start peeling away the layers of culture, society and upbringing to discover your underlying true self. You’re going to learn how to listen to yourself and feel your feelings without the built-in judgment of yourself and others.

Through trial and error you’ll search for the most efficient, practical and actionable steps towards your desired outcome. Every coaching session is designed to evaluate the undertaken steps and create new ones. Your coach will keep you accountable to keep trying until you find that suitable solution.
